What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead work procurement efforts through identification and pursuit of renewable power generation projects and client opportunities, with assigned quarterly and/or annual revenue goals
  • Manage moderate to complex geotechnical engineering projects and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by providing exceptional team leadership and technical guidance
  • Build and manage a high-performing team and provide guidance, mentorship, and direction through regular in-person and remote interactions
  • Prepare geotechnical engineering reports providing professional opinions and practical solutions, along with other professional documents

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering required
  • Professional Engineer registration/license (candidate will be required to obtain licensure in multiple other states)
  • 5 or more years of power/renewables geotechnical engineering experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
