What you will drive

  • Manage and oversee operational aspects within AECOM, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring successful implementation of high-level strategies.
  • Support programme leads by providing high-level planning services, including preparation of project plans, baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.
  • Lead collaborative planning workshops, perform impact analysis, monitor schedule variance, and drive team integration and collaboration.

What makes you a great fit

  • Excellent knowledge of scheduling best practices and associated software; mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to manage planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes and lead a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to advise on complex requirements, communicate corrective measures, and use numerical/statistical techniques.
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams, staff development, and business development activities.
