Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement high-impact advocacy campaigns to advance climate and conservation policies across WRA's three program areas.
- Lead strategic planning, identify priorities, and evaluate campaign effectiveness through metrics and data analysis.
- Grow influence through partnerships with decision makers, manage coalitions, and oversee contract lobbyists.
- Supervise government affairs staff and coordinate with policy and communications teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least eight years of experience in government affairs for an elected official, government agency, private entity, or nonprofit advocacy organization.
- Minimum five years leading and executing strategic advocacy campaigns, and at least two years supervising staff.
- Extensive understanding of state politics and policy makers, especially related to conservation and climate change.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to build relationships and coalitions.

Salary range: $97,750 – $115,000 annually.
