Mission
What you will drive
- Manage, steward, and grow a portfolio of major donors representing over $500,000 in annual revenue, primarily within the $1,000–$10,000 gift range.
- Prospect, cultivate, solicit, and steward new major donors, generating at least $75,000 in new and upgraded revenue during the first year.
- Partner with the Executive Director to refine and implement fundraising strategy, including donor segmentation, targeting, and moves management.
- Support foundation and institutional funder engagement, including grant proposals, reports, and stewardship activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising/development, with demonstrated leadership in individual giving.
- Proven track record of managing donor portfolios and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in major gifts cultivation, donor stewardship, and moves management.
- Experience using CRM systems (EveryAction or similar preferred) and strong analytical skills to interpret donor data.
