What you will drive
Lead CHAI's global market shaping initiatives to reduce lead exposure in low- and middle-income countries through technology access and demand-side interventions.
- Drive strategy and portfolio management for lead exposure programs, including diagnostics, environmental detection, and safer product adoption.
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects across country teams, governments, donors, and suppliers; oversee supply chain and cost-effectiveness analyses.
- Hire, mentor, and support matrixed staff; build partnerships with governments, NGOs, and technical partners to advance the global lead agenda.
- Requires 10+ years' experience (or 8+ with advanced degree) in global health, project management, and team leadership in dynamic environments.
- Preferred: market shaping, supply chain, private sector strategy, fundraising experience, or cost-effectiveness modelling in public health contexts.
