Associate Director, Data Hub

• Lead and manage analytic client engagements, including project planning, content development, and client relationship management.
• Design and implement data analyses (descriptive statistics to program evaluation) and visualize findings for diverse audiences.
• Supervise and coach data team staff, ensuring quality control and professional growth.
• Contribute to business development and internal data strategy.

This role drives data-informed decision-making in education and social programs, helping practitioners improve outcomes for students and communities through rigorous evidence and analytics.

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or analytics in education/social sector.
• Expertise in education/social sector data analytics and client management.
• Proficiency in STATA and managing large-scale analytical projects.
