Assistant Manager – Programme Implementation

• Lead implementation of the RNP project across 4 states and 118 villages, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and donor commitments
• Provide ongoing mentoring, guidance, and performance support to 17 team members across states
• Guide teams in forming and sustaining adolescent, youth, and men's groups for structured engagement
• Track programme progress against defined indicators and behavioural outcomes

This role creates positive change by shifting social norms that limit women and girls from reaching their full potential, working with adolescents and young people to build a world of equality, dignity and justice.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in community-based social sector programmes
• Demonstrated experience working with boys and men on gender equality, positive masculinity, or violence prevention
• Strong documentation, reporting, and MIS skills
