Mission
What you will drive
- Lead implementation of the RNP project across 4 states and 118 villages, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and donor commitments
- Provide ongoing mentoring, guidance, and performance support to 17 team members across states
- Guide teams in forming and sustaining adolescent, youth, and men's groups for structured engagement
- Track programme progress against defined indicators and behavioural outcomes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in community-based social sector programmes
- Demonstrated experience working with boys and men on gender equality, positive masculinity, or violence prevention
- Strong documentation, reporting, and MIS skills
