About This Role
As Assistant Manager – Programme Implementation, you'll lead the RNP project across 4 states and 118 villages, directly translating gender equality objectives into on-ground impact. This role involves mentoring 17 team members while ensuring programme fidelity to donor commitments and Breakthrough's mission. Your work will directly shape how adolescent, youth, and men's groups engage with gender transformative programming across diverse communities.

Your day might start with virtual check-ins with state teams to review village-level progress, followed by analyzing MIS data on group formation indicators. Afternoons could involve developing mentoring resources for field staff or preparing donor reports that connect behavioural outcomes to programme objectives. You'll likely spend time troubleshooting implementation challenges across different cultural contexts while ensuring all activities align with Breakthrough's gender transformative framework.
