Mission
What you will drive
- Provide legal support on employment law, immigration, investigations, global workforce matters, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and handbooks for a rapidly growing global company.
- Manage disputes, litigation, agency charges, and internal investigations, and advise on employee benefits and labor relations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 13-16 years of experience with at least 4 years at a top law firm as an employment/executive compensation associate, plus in-house experience.
- Global employment law experience, preferably including Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and/or Africa.
- Substantial experience drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, policies, and restrictive covenants.
- J.D. from a top law school and active state bar admission.
