Assistant General Counsel, Employment and Litigation

• Provide legal support on employment law, immigration, investigations, global workforce matters, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and handbooks for a rapidly growing global company.
• Manage disputes, litigation, agency charges, and internal investigations, and advise on employee benefits and labor relations.

This role supports a company that uses AI to discover critical minerals for electric vehicles and renewable energy, directly contributing to climate change mitigation.

• 13-16 years of experience with at least 4 years at a top law firm as an employment/executive compensation associate, plus in-house experience.
• Global employment law experience, preferably including Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and/or Africa.
• Substantial experience drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, policies, and restrictive covenants.
• J.D. from a top law school and active state bar admission.

Salary: $210,000 - $265,000 USD base, plus equity and benefits including 401k matching. Full-time exempt position.
