Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and scale the Technology Delivery portfolio, overseeing a suite of hands-on support projects for government technology needs including AI adoption, technology pilots, software implementations, and IT strategic planning.
  • Develop strategic direction, design technical assistance offerings, and track outcomes to build government capacity and scale insights across the field.
  • Engage with government leaders and philanthropy to pitch projects, respond to RFPs, and cultivate new opportunities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Seven or more years of relevant experience, including direct experience in state/local government, consulting, or private sector teams supporting government technology initiatives.
  • At least two years of direct people management experience.
  • Proficient in technology tools for collaborative remote work (e.g., Teams/Slack, Miro/Figma, Asana/Monday, AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT).
  • Expert IT project management skills with experience in public sector technology implementations and project delivery.
