Asset Optimization Community Lead (m/f/x)

• Lead and develop the Asset Optimization Teams, ensuring strong performance, well-being, and continuous growth
• Own prioritization and planning of optimization work, balancing delivery commitments with reactive commercial and customer demands
• Act as the key coordination point between optimization and the wider business, communicating priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Support customer-facing discussions and commercial opportunities with optimization expertise

This role directly accelerates the transition to clean energy by optimizing energy assets, enabling more efficient and renewable energy trading, and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Strong understanding of asset optimization and energy market dynamics
• Experience in leading and coordinating technical/specialist teams
• Strong prioritization, planning, and workload management skills
• Clear communication in English, including customer-facing settings

Attractive salary of at least EUR 95,000 gross annually.
