Asia Regional Lead

• Oversee planning and implementation of IDI's program in the Asia region.
• Supervise a small team and work with local partners to support communities affected by investment projects.
• Use the Follow the Money approach to advocacy in extractives and energy sectors.

This role directly supports communities in Asia to defend their human rights and environment against harmful corporate activities, advancing social, economic, and environmental justice.

• Experience in human rights, environmental justice, or corporate accountability.
• Strong supervisory and team management skills.
• Experience working with local partners in Asia.
• Knowledge of extractives and energy sectors.

Full-time position with salary range US$66,744 - $101,764, dependent on location and experience.
