Ascend Bookkeeping Specialist

• Support a team of accountants in delivering full-charge accounting services across the US and Canada.
• Import sales, cost of goods sold, deposits, and inventory movement entries into accounting software.
• Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations each financial period.
• Provide support to the accounting team and retailers as needed.

By ensuring accurate financial records and timely reconciliations, this role helps Trek and its retailers operate efficiently, supporting the company's mission to get more people on bikes and promote sustainable transportation.

• A two-year technical degree or higher or equivalent accounting experience.
• Proficient understanding of debits and credits and working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates regularly and listens actively with peers and clients.
