Mission

What you will drive

  • Assist and train field crews in troubleshooting and repairs of renewable energy assets.
  • Lead special projects involving major component R&R, in-situ repairs, composite repairs, and communication system repairs.
  • Develop, write, and train procedures and control instructions with assistance from PDS Specialists.
  • Travel to other sites to support Site Managers as needed.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Three to five years of technical experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Ability to work at heights, including climbing towers, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude; ability to read schematic drawings.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; basic MS Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
