Architect / Designer

• Collaborate in architectural design and development of projects from concept through construction, leveraging ICON’s proprietary 3D printing technologies to deliver innovative, high-performance buildings.
• Contribute to the evolution of ICON’s concrete 3D-printed wall system, optimizing for human comfort, safety, user experience, and sustainability.
• Produce comprehensive construction documents and coordinate with consultants, software engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless translation of digital design into physical implementation.

This role advances ICON’s mission to provide dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter to the world, using innovative 3D printing technology to address housing affordability and climate resilience.

• 2 to 7 years of experience in complex, multi-disciplinary design and analysis projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Enscape and various AI rendering platforms.
• Working knowledge of International Residential (IRC) and Building (IBC) codes, ADA guidelines, and fair housing act (FHA).
