Applied AI Engineer - US

• Build and ship AI-powered products by designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered applications and agent-based systems in production
• Design and operate GenAI systems, developing prompt strategies, context management, and agent workflows while integrating and optimizing across leading LLM APIs
• Leverage AI-first development workflows using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and contribute to evolving best practices for AI-first engineering
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance by owning testing strategy, implementing evaluation frameworks for AI outputs, and optimizing for latency, cost, and scalability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1-2 years of experience building AI-powered applications and deploying LLM-powered applications or agents in production
• Experience integrating major LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source) and working knowledge of prompt design, context management, and multi-step/agentic workflows
• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, with ability to safely integrate AI-generated code into production
