Applied AI Engineer - Canada

• Build and ship AI-powered products by designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered applications and agent-based systems in production
• Design and operate GenAI systems, including developing prompt strategies, context management, and integrating leading LLM APIs
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance through testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, and production optimization
• Collaborate and execute in fast-moving environments by translating ambiguous requirements into working solutions and partnering with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1-2 years of experience building AI-powered applications and deploying LLM-powered applications or agents in production
• Experience integrating major LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source) and working knowledge of prompt design, context management, and agentic workflows
• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and ability to safely integrate AI-generated code into production
