Application Manager

• Manage a larger portfolio of applications along the whole application lifecycle, including strategical and operational ITIL practices.
• Define portfolio strategy, align with business stakeholders, and ensure strategic positioning in alignment with IT Enterprise Architecture.
• Plan, control, and optimize budget and costs; track and optimize software license usage.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support service manager with transversal topics.

This role ensures efficient and compliant management of application portfolios, enabling Hitachi Energy to deliver reliable IT services that support sustainable energy solutions and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 8-15 years of experience in Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and ServiceNow.
• Experience with virtual delivery teams and distributed stakeholders.
