Analyst - Work Planning

• Maintain and implement master work schedules for area operations, including shift work, and provide contingency plans for rebalancing workload.
• Maintain data for global templates used to create schedules and forecasts, track historical costs and durations, and prepare work plans for optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor current and future workload to maximize productivity, control costs, and meet service level agreements; analyze manpower utilization and workload trends.
• Identify, develop, and implement work processes for continuous improvement in scheduling.

This role ensures efficient scheduling and resource utilization for electric transmission and distribution projects, supporting reliable energy delivery and storm response, which contributes to community resilience and sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Associate degree with 3+ years relevant experience or High School/GED with 5+ years relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expert level project and schedule management skills.
• Knowledge of Capital and O&M Budgeting, Construction Principles, Operations, Maintenance, Safety Standards, and Business Processes.
• Proficiency in PC desktop applications (e.g., SAP, Arcos Crew Manager, Microsoft Word and Excel).

Base salary range: $64,538.40 - $80,673 per year, dependent upon experience and location. In-office position in Mechanicville, NY.
