Mission

What you will drive

  • Maintain and implement master work schedules for area operations, including shift work, and provide contingency plans for rebalancing workload.
  • Maintain data for global templates used to create schedules and forecasts, track historical costs and durations, and prepare work plans for optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor current and future workload to maximize productivity, control costs, and meet service level agreements; analyze manpower utilization and workload trends.
  • Identify, develop, and implement work processes for continuous improvement in scheduling.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate degree with 3+ years relevant experience or High School/GED with 5+ years relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Expert level project and schedule management skills.
  • Knowledge of Capital and O&M Budgeting, Construction Principles, Operations, Maintenance, Safety Standards, and Business Processes.
  • Proficiency in PC desktop applications (e.g., SAP, Arcos Crew Manager, Microsoft Word and Excel).
