Job description
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Build AI products from 0 → 1, co-designing processes and systems for shipping high-quality AI products
- Work hand-in-hand with product, commercial, and legal teams to reimagine clean energy finance transactions
- Pick the tools and frameworks used for AI product development and raise the bar for engineering culture

What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with ability to build products end-to-end (frontend + backend)
- Proven experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Bonus: Fluency in NextJS + React + Typescript stack, comfort making UX decisions, experience with product iteration through evals & CI/CD
