Job description
Role details
Build production AI systems for peer-delivered group therapy, including chatbot triage, facilitator-quality assessment, and a full-stack platform.
- Develop chatbot triage layer to route routine cases to bots and escalate risky or complex issues to humans reliably.
- Create AI pipeline assessing facilitator behavior and quality from transcripts, audio, and video with human-in-the-loop validation.
- Build authenticated web platform (Next.js, Supabase, FastAPI) for group matching, scheduling, payments, and communications.
- Requires full-stack web development (React/Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) and hands-on LLM engineering with evaluation experience.
- Requires product judgment, safety-critical mindset, and fluent written English; 12-month remote contract starting November 2026.
