AI Native Software Engineer

• Design and deploy multi-step AI pipelines and agentic workflows using modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) to transform internal operations.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes across People and Finance to build reliable automation—from onboarding flows to complex month-end reporting.
• Integrate data from core business systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Navan) into Databricks and BigQuery to create unified, real-time dashboards.
• Partner with functional leaders to challenge existing workflows and prototype "intelligent" ways of working before they become industry standards.

• Strong experience building with modern AI/LLM APIs and the ability to manage complex data structures through Databricks and BigQuery.
• Comfortable working across the stack, including backend logic, data pipelines, and lightweight front-end development.
• A history of working in cross-functional roles where you’ve translated business needs into technical reality.
• Able to make AI concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders and happy to define problems rather than just execute specs.
