Agency Project Management Strategist

• Manage day-to-day workflow of email and SMS production to ensure timely completion of work across the digital agency.
• Identify and resolve project delays, coordinating with account leads and department heads.
• Partner with department heads to manage JIRA ticket assignments and develop resources like filters and dashboards.
• Lead status update meetings and provide on-call support for rapid-response moments.

This role ensures efficient delivery of fundraising strategies for nonprofit and progressive organizations, enabling them to raise mission-changing revenue and create positive social change.

• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or other spreadsheet software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving initiative, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Salary: $68,000 per year.
