Advisory Senior Consultant (Social Value)

• Lead social value delivery across multiple infrastructure projects
• Develop social value strategies and monitoring frameworks to track performance
• Manage client relationships and produce client-ready social value reporting
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposal preparation

This role ensures that major infrastructure projects deliver measurable social value, benefiting communities through employment, education, and social enterprise partnerships.

• Proven experience in consultancy or client organization focused on social value
• Knowledge of Public Sector Services Act 2012, PPN 001 & PPN002 and related legislation
• Experience writing social value tender submissions and leading work-winning activities
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead small teams
