Accounts Payable Associate

• Assist with all aspects of accounts payable, including payment approvals, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform month-end reconciliation of credit card statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with project staff and vendors regarding payment status or issues.

This role supports nonprofit clients in building and running high-impact campaigns, ensuring financial operations run smoothly so they can focus on making the world a better place.

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Data entry and numerical accuracy skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, bill.com) and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
