What you will drive
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations as the sole in-house accountant, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Oversee grant financial management: tracking, drawdown, forecasting, and reporting for federal, foundation, and private grants.
- Lead audit preparation, develop internal controls, and drive process improvements across financial operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of general accounting experience, including 3+ years in managerial-level financial reporting and 2+ years with grant-funded programs.
- Proficient with Sage Intacct, Bill.com, QuickBooks, or similar platforms; familiarity with government financial platforms (EERE-PMC, VIPER, ASAP, FedConnect, PAGE).
- Strong foundation in nonprofit accounting standards (ASC 958) and GAAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
