About the role

This is a field-based account manager role covering motor finance dealers in Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford, Northampton, and Hemel Hempstead. You will manage and grow relationships with car dealers, promote Tandem's motor finance products, and work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, 36.25 hours per week. The role offers up to £60,000 salary, OTE of £70,000, a £600 per month car allowance, and up to 20% annual company-wide bonus.

A typical day

A typical day might involve visiting two or three car dealerships in your patch to review finance performance, train staff on Tandem's products, and resolve issues. You would also spend time planning your route, updating CRM records, and following up with dealers by phone or email. Some days may be remote for admin and internal meetings.
