- Drive incremental sales growth and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Collaborate with presales solution architects, service line leads, delivery, and project managers as part of a global account team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management in the US.
- Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors preferred.
- Handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts.
- Strong understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from infra to apps to AI.
