Mission
What you will drive
- Lead high-energy virtual consulting meetings with SMB owners to identify waste and recycling needs.
- Present RoadRunner's cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to key decision-makers.
- Hunt and develop new business through consistent prospecting and cold-calling.
- Manage pipeline and deals using Salesforce.com to ensure organized strategy.

What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience as a high-velocity closer in a net new business sales role.
- Highly efficient in a virtual environment with proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, and other systems.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills; ability to handle ambiguity.
- Experience selling long-term committal contracts.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually (Exempt / Full-Time)
- Uncapped Commission with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $115,000 – $125,000
- 100% Remote (U.S. Based)

- Minimal travel (approx. 5%)
