Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead high-energy virtual consulting meetings with SMB owners to identify waste and recycling needs.
  • Present RoadRunner's cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to key decision-makers.
  • Hunt and develop new business through consistent prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Manage pipeline and deals using Salesforce.com to ensure organized strategy.

  • Proven experience as a high-velocity closer in a net new business sales role.
  • Highly efficient in a virtual environment with proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, and other systems.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills; ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Experience selling long-term committal contracts.

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually (Exempt / Full-Time)
  • Uncapped Commission with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $115,000 – $125,000
  • 100% Remote (U.S. Based)
