Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Xos AC Power Hub across commercial, industrial, utility, fleet, construction, and other markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through deal execution and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and onsite customer engagements to drive sales.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience with technical, industrial, or energy products.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annual base plus commission; OTE $110,000 - $160,000.
