Mission
What you will drive
- Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for a large, complex direct mail program, guiding campaigns from concept through production, analysis, and optimization.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns across channels.
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending adjustments to maximize results.
- Mentor and support team members, contribute to business development, and ensure work meets quality and impact standards.

What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally in a nonprofit or agency environment.
- Proven experience leading a large, complex direct mail program.
- Strong client management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance; strong written and verbal communication skills.
