Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the entire customer relationship within Hitachi Energy, developing and aligning relationships at all levels including C-Level.
  • Lead account planning and execution, driving growth in orders, share of customer spend, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex, high-value engagements.
  • Act as focal point for problem resolution and ensure consistent customer experience.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of sales experience; 12+ years of account management preferred.
  • Experience with data center customers, preferably hyperscale clients.
  • Experience with renewable energy products such as transformers, high voltage, switchgear, circuits, etc. preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering or business-related discipline required; MBA preferred.
