• Host local climate and cleantech networking events every 1-2 months
• Grow and manage your city's WhatsApp group and keep it active between events
• Publish and promote events via your dedicated Luma city calendar
• Welcome new members and recruit a co-lead as your chapter grows

This role directly strengthens the global climate ecosystem by building local hubs that connect founders, investors, operators, and policymakers, accelerating climate solutions through real-world relationships and collaboration.

• Embedded in your city's climate, cleantech or sustainability scene (or actively building that presence)
• Passion for connecting people and building community
• Commitment to consistent, long-term involvement (minimum 6 events per year, 3-5 hours/month)
• No prior event experience required; reliability and follow-through are key
