What you will drive
- Support customer onboarding activities, including scheduling, communications, and follow-ups
- Assist with delivery of onboarding sessions and customer training programs for Planet products
- Maintain and update onboarding resources, guides, and customer-facing materials
- Track onboarding feedback and support trends to identify process improvements

What makes you a great fit
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field

- Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, or technical products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
