• Achieve hourly production rate goal on a consistent basis
• Direct, train, and develop new and existing employees
• Make decisions to meet production goals and keep line supplied with materials

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic math skills and good use of logic
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
