Workday Test Analyst (Remote)

• Design, plan, and execute end-to-end test cases for Workday Payroll, HCM, and Security configurations.
• Conduct data validation, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Track defects, document issues, and verify resolutions in test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, and IT partners to understand business needs and test requirements.

This role ensures the quality and reliability of Workday systems that support payroll, HR, and security operations for a leading renewable energy infrastructure company, enabling efficient project delivery and employee satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• ~3+ years of hands-on Workday testing experience, including Payroll, HCM, and Security modules.
• Demonstrated experience with test planning and execution frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and SDLC methodologies.
