• Lead and coordinate projects related to Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda.
• Develop and implement strategies to advance gender equality in peace and security contexts.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote WPS principles and integrate them into organizational programs.

This role advances the Women, Peace and Security agenda, promoting gender equality and women's participation in peacebuilding and conflict resolution, contributing to more inclusive and sustainable peace.

• Experience in women, peace, and security issues, gender equality, or related fields.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
