NextGen for Earth works with early-career researchers and young people in Kenya and Ethiopia to make climate science useful to communities. Our work spans climate research, nature-based projects in schools and communities, climate and health education for the health workforce, intergenerational sharing of Indigenous knowledge, and peer education in schools. We are a small organisation that moves quickly, which means the work you do here will be visible rather than filed away. We are seeking volunteers for four to three-month roles. Give our website a professional look that holds up in front of funders and partners. Redesign the existing pages, make the site work properly on mobile, build a climate learning section visitors can explore, and set up a simple way for our team to post updates without needing a developer each time. You must have proven experience in web development.
