VP of Product

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Perch's core platform, focusing on automation, simplification, and scalability.
• Drive automation of high-risk and high-touch workflows, reducing manual intervention across onboarding, billing, and exception handling.
• Embed AI across acquisition, enrollment, billing, and servicing workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Build configurable, data-driven product systems for customer acquisition, enrollment, and servicing that adapt to evolving market needs.

This role expands access to affordable renewable energy by building scalable, automated systems that simplify community solar enrollment and management, making clean energy more accessible and equitable for subscribers and partners.

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles with ownership of a broad product portfolio or platform.
• Strong experience building and scaling products in complex, regulated, or operationally intensive environments.
• Experience with two-sided or multi-sided marketplaces and balancing multiple stakeholder needs.
• Proven success driving automation and workflow simplification through product, with practical experience applying AI-enabled tools or workflows.
