VP Global Services AMER

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Services in the Americas, aligning with Hitachi's global objectives and regional market demands.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all services engagements, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Drive significant revenue growth and profitability, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of services professionals.

This role enables Hitachi's clients to achieve incredible outcomes with data, driving innovation and positive impact across industries and society.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in services delivery, consulting, or professional services, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large regional or global services organization.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving operational excellence in a complex services environment.
• Deep understanding of the technology services landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
