Volunteer, Onboarding Coordinator

• Welcome new members and guide their engagement with PauseAI's opportunities.
• Conduct short intro calls to orient members to the organisation's mission and structure.
• Match members to teams or tasks based on their skills and interests.
• Maintain onboarding materials including welcome guides, FAQs, and getting-started checklists.
• Follow up with new members, track their progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

This role helps new members quickly become effective contributors to PauseAI's mission of pausing advanced AI development to ensure safety, thereby amplifying the organization's impact.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
