Video Content Creator

• Produce 2-3 original vertical videos per week, including scripting, filming, editing, and directing volunteer creators.
• Identify, onboard, and develop volunteer creators, mentoring them in video best practices and editorial alignment.
• Monitor canvass WhatsApp groups and volunteer relationships for footage and stories to fuel video content.
• Collaborate across teams to support fundraising, recruitment, events, and educational programming.

This role inspires thousands of people to take action with Seed the Vote, mobilizing volunteers to defeat right-wing politics and build long-term power for working-class communities and communities of color.

• 2+ years of progressive digital communications experience with a strong video or short-form component.
• Demonstrated track record producing vertical video that performs on TikTok, Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with video production and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent).
• Strong scripting, writing, and editing skills with message discipline.

Compensation: $31.25 - $36.06 per hour ($65,000-75,000 annually), commensurate with experience. This is a temporary, part-time position not eligible for benefits. Remote work within the United States.
