Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and own the people strategy, including culture development, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, learning & development, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Strengthen organizational culture by embedding equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion manager effectiveness through coaching, feedback cadences, and leadership development initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years in HR/People roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior-level certification strongly preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field; Masterโ€™s degree a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling people programs in resource-constrained environments; experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred.
