Vice President of People and Administration

• Lead people strategy, organizational design, and leadership development as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee administration, IT, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive compensation cycles, succession planning, and workforce planning for long-term resilience.

This role ensures Sol Systems can scale its clean energy infrastructure development by building a resilient, high-performing team and efficient operations, directly supporting the transition to sustainable energy.

• 10+ years of successful leadership experience.
• Prior experience in renewables, energy, or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in total rewards management, including compensation strategy and equity administration.
• Experience leading cultural programs and implementing AI-assisted productivity improvements.

Base salary between $200,000 and $250,000 annually. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement benefits, partial gym reimbursement, education benefits, parental leave, paid vacation, sick leave, and federal holidays.
