Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the Collaborative Assistance Team (CAT) overseeing Finance, Information Technology, Operations, and People Operations functions
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive culture across GFI's U.S. entity and international affiliates
  • Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Leadership Team on financial planning, risk management, and cross-network coordination
  • Maintain and improve core operational infrastructure including policies, internal controls, and human/technical systems

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in at least two of CAT's four main areas (Finance, IT, Operations, People Operations)
  • Experience working within or alongside international or multi-entity organizational structures (nonprofit experience preferred)
  • Proven management experience fostering team culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across geographically distributed, culturally diverse teams
