Vice President of Operations - Dynamic Energy

• Lead EPC project execution across solar, EV, and energy storage projects
• Provide leadership and mentorship across project and construction teams
• Drive operational processes and execution consistency
• Coordinate stakeholders and escalate risks

This role directly contributes to decarbonizing the grid by bringing more distributed renewable energy online across the U.S., accelerating the transition to clean energy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
• 8–12 years EPC experience with renewable energy projects
• 4+ years leadership experience
• Strong expertise in project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination

Salary range: $159,000 - $199,000 USD.
