What you will drive

  • Lead and implement NDWA's fundraising strategy across individual, institutional, and aligned revenue streams.
  • Develop annual fundraising plans, revenue goals, and performance metrics to sustain and expand organizational impact.
  • Provide strategic direction for development operations, major donor engagement, foundation fundraising, and revenue growth initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10–12 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, including successful leadership of major gifts and institutional fundraising programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing fundraising staff, including supervising senior-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated success securing and stewarding six-figure and multi-million dollar gifts.
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising operations, donor databases, revenue forecasting, and performance management.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year. Remote (U.S.-based) with flexible work location. In-person attendance required as needed. NDWA is a union employer and offers equal employment opportunities.
