Vice President for Development

• Lead and execute all aspects of JLUSA's fundraising program, including major gifts, individual giving, foundation, corporate, and government funding, to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.
• Diversify revenue streams by building major giving and individual giving programs while strengthening institutional funding.
• Serve on the Executive Leadership Team, manage the Development Coordinator, and ensure systems and processes support fundraising growth.

This role directly supports JLUSA's mission to reduce incarceration and improve the lives of those impacted by the criminal legal system by securing the financial resources needed to drive systemic change.

• 7+ years of experience managing traditional nonprofit funding streams, including large-scale events, institutional/corporate funders, and individual/major donors.
• Proven track record of diversifying revenue and building major gifts and individual giving programs.
• Experience coaching boards on fundraising and managing teams in a fully remote environment.
• Systems-minded with hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred) and strong communication skills.

Full-time, exempt position. Fully remote (US-only). Anticipated start date September 2026. Salary not specified.
