Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Relations

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to grow corporate and institutional revenue.
• Direct and support the Business Development team to achieve successful solicitations.
• Lead initiatives to cultivate corporate and foundation partnerships, including cause-related marketing, sponsorships, and grants.
• Track team performance and prepare reports to monitor progress.

This role drives revenue to support Humane World for Animals' global animal advocacy and protection efforts, enabling the organization to expand its reach and mission impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Operations, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate engagement, business development, or nonprofit operations.
• Management experience with staff, strategy development, and budget accountability, preferably in animal welfare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of confidence and integrity.
