What you will drive
- Oversee payment collection and billing operations including disputes, chargebacks, and disconnections.
- Lead fraud prevention and credit quality processes, partnering with engineering for identity verification.
- Define and maintain process governance with finance and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Create and maintain reporting to monitor operational KPIs across the payments and risk lifecycle.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-8 years of experience in billing, payments, or risk management, ideally in energy, utilities, fintech, or regulated consumer industry.
- Comfortable defining strategy and executing day-to-day operations, including building dashboards and tools.
- Exceptionally organized with a bias for documentation, dashboards, and process clarity.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, skilled at balancing business priorities, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
